The Whole Show @ Kettle Art


Well the call went out and the art came in. And boy did it! The walls of Kettle are jam packed with art from your local favorites. This is going to be a one of a kind opportunity for all you crazy art collectors out there. I was looking around the gallery last night while installing and just thought "I can see that at my house and that and that and that.....". Come on out Saturday night and join in on the fun. You the collectors get to determine the price all pieces start at $25.00 for this silent auction. Bring your pencils and get to bidding! For more information check out Kettle's website. Two Art Openings this weekend!

Hello Dallas! Well art making, printing and framing has been taking place in the nooks and crannies of my home studio. I am honored to have been asked to participate in two group shows that open this Saturday, July 25th. Here is the info come on out.

We were asked to produce a piece based on certain words. Mine was Zap!, I visualized the world of technicolor movies and kitsch. I also managed to get two more Kunst artists in the picture!

"For the Love of Kettle Art" a benefit show for the gallery is tomorrow

Kettle Art is a place that is near and dear to me and many other Dallas artists. a group of us asked a bunch of artists to participate in the benefit. All of the work I saw come in at drop off looked amazing. If you are needing some new art and want to attend an event for a great cause this is it folks. I gave two photographs that were taken in New York City when a bunch of us crazy Kettle folk went up there to participate in an Art Fair.

On another note entirely.... Nancy, George and Bess was last weekend. What a blast!! I truely love working with Artists and sticking art in unexpected spaces. Thank you to all who came out and thank you SJ for taking me along for the crazy journey.
